For the whole duration of the project, Softleo Technologies closely works with client’s designate project teams, which may include Client Management, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, in-house Technical Team, Users, etc.

All the steps of the SDLC are accomplished at the client’s site, including:

Project Planning and Project Management
Requirement Analysis
System Requirement Specifications and finalizing Scope
Design and Development
Testing and Documentation
Delivery and Implementation
User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off

The subsequent support and maintenance services can also be provided at client sites.
