Job Title:	Technical Lead -C#
Location:	Mohali, India
Package:	As per Industry best standards
Roles and Responsibilities:	Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the running of your team as well as being involved in life-cycle development from requirements analysis and designing, through to testing and implementation. Overall responsibility for the work given to your team, You will be involved in people management, and execution of multiple large software projects. Head a team of 5+ technical resources.
Qualifications:	B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA
Desired Experience and Skills:	4+ years of software development experience. At least 1 year experience in a similar position for a reputed CMM level software company. Experience of managing/ leading a team of developers is essential. Worked extensively on C# and also exposure to Microsoft technologies: ASP.NET/ VB.Net, SQL Server, MTS/COM+, ASP/VB, etc. Positive attitude and self-motivated. Out of the box thinker, suggest new ideas for his team. Excellent communication skills. Excellent in documentation. Team man, who can motivate people.
